The Welcome Center (and WSA office) is located at 420 N. Cherry St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
It is a welcoming beacon to anyone with questions about Winston-Salem. Whether those are visitors wondering about a spot to eat, or where something is, or a young entrepreneur curious about available office space Downtown, or anyone looking to figure out what’s going on in the City, the Ambassadors are eager to welcome all.

*PARKING*
You must walk into the Center, it has stairs access or a ramp on the other side. The office is attached to the “bottom” of the LAZ Parking Deck (the parking deck address is 402 N. Cherry St.) at Cherry/Marshall. (https://www.lazparking.com/local/winston-salem-nc/cherry-marshall-deck) It is $3 for the first hour and $1 after.
You may also find on-street parking *if it is available.*
Additionally, 1 and 1/2 block away is the 6th and Cherry Parking Deck.

Chairs
We have 30 metal folding chairs (a mix of lime green and black), that you may borrow if needed for an event!
